This album came to fruition when the 2024 Solar Eclipse happened and the reflection of light resonated. It’s amazing how bright we can all shine in this darkness. Some of us have so much to overcome and sometimes it’s overcoming the loss of a loved one. This album celebrates those we have lost, that have influenced us in our current lifespan. Have it be in human or animal form. <3

For Black Marble Collective founder STVY RVRE he dedicates this release to his best friend of all time, a little Miniature Dachshund like no other named Bruno. He lived a vibrant 18 year life, by the producer’s side (on his lap most times) as he built his artistry and record label from the ground up. This doggo absorbed the eclectic basslines and legit loved chillin n vibing to all the songs from the label. Bruno def has heard more music than most and all these unreleased songs on this compilation were on repeat up until he passed. This is when life meets fate. Pushing one to realize how short life is and pushing us to release a sampler compilation of them tings to come.

We hope these vibrations elevate you and your soul. We hope they can resonate with you as much as it does for us at Black Marble Collective. SDLR Is a DJ & Producer contextualising within the sounds of the darker spectrum of the UK Bass & Grime Scene, Always taking influence from the past and present sound. Since then he has joined forces with Nottingham-based label and events brand “Reloaded Sounds”, he has released multiple singles, multiple EP’s, various radio play and still has more gas in the tank.

Horge’s eclectic and creative approach to music production has propelled him through the underground scene of Southern California and has helped establish his multi-genre talent in many different circles. The self-proclaimed “drum and bass anti-hero” is known to put on a show with his theatrical and impressive performances. In addition to his “love for the occult and hate for weak EDM,” Horge is consistently producing and releasing original music and playing shows across North America. Not only managing the Black Marble Collective Label and helping artists from around the world, he has been in the studio producing forward thinking bass tracks inspired by Jersey Club, Juke, and vibey Drum & Bass + Hardcore Jungle for infamous labels like Hyperboloid / INTERNETGHETTO, Nervous Records / OH HAI, CLUBJERSEY, FUTURE-EVERYTHING and of course Black Marble Collective.

He resides in Southern California and has performed across the United States over the last 12 years but has yet to make his debut across the pond.
